Were there any Democrat applications with missing registration numbers, that were dismissed because of that, so that there is a disadvantage for the Dems because they didn't come in and complete this?

According to the complaint, the ballot applications in question had already been voided and rejected before they were subsequently corrected.

"there is a reason why Republican voters in Seminole needed more help this year" This type of help may not be legal.
