If any maniacal "judge" attempts to throw out those legal votes then there are any number of ways she can be reversed or just plain ignored. Actually, it might be fun seeing her impeached and removed - along with the "Stupid Seven" - after Bush becomes President and the FL Legislature is looking for ways to clean up the election process there. Then we can all agree that AlGore the Sore Loserman's attack on democracy and the rule of law did produce some salutary benefit.
