Unfortunately its not always clear which way the change will go up or down. I found some of these fibonnaci guys have a hard time figuring out if the time target will mark a low or a high but unless major news hits or something usually the time is close. Since last few days have been strong the guess is short term down here. But who knows it could break to the upside. Lets see what happens after the first hour. Looks like consolidation here this morning so far. INTC looks sick My guess is the day high will be made in the first hour M.
