So far, the MSO's are the clear decision makers when it comes to server vendors which brings me to the same question you ask as to the "exchange of value".

Comcast looks to be paying up to the tune of 10mm for equity and is NOT receiving warrants(free of any obligation),unlike SFA whose profit as of todays price is a tidy 15mm. I am still waiting to see the benefit to CCUR of this relationship. Perhaps CCUR would have been better served handing out all those warrants to the MSO's????

The exchange of value between Comcast/SEAC is evident even though the agreement is not an exclusive one,IMO.
