It seems brother Jeb and Ambassador-elect Harris did their best to stack the deck. And when election day arrived, it seemed like they were in pretty good shape. However, it seems they did not count on such a strong minority voter turnout which effectively made the election a tie, thereby now making public how the Texas-Florida connection tried to fix Florida's results.

If there's any doubt of this, why then was Bush and Harris in such a hurry to certify Florida's results, even to the point of denying his opponent a fair recount after his opponent lost by only 327 votes out of six million cast?
