Your not going to get much of dip out of QCOM today LOL. But to ans. your question, YES. I think QCOM will stall at 110 consolidate then move higher. Some stocks like SAWS, which I own, will break out to new highs and be leaders which SAWS just did. I would stay away from PC, communication, and stay with CELL, software and storage, that's what I'm doing. Just remember the FED has the control lever, and that lever has been pushed to buy, but be smart about it.
