Yesterday Gore was on TV saying he approved of the cases going on about absentee applications. I believe, based on Sauls' ruling that if Gore had been fighting for hyperaccuracy in all of the chad counties instead of just the counties where he felt he could receive the most benefit, that the courts would have given him the green light and he wouldn't have suffered so many court defeats lately. The two-tier system of hand counting only a few was cited as a problem by the Attorney General in the letter to judge Burton.
