:-) There is so much misinformation and spin in the media that I like to read the actual source materials such as the court opinions themselves. Sometimes people do not appreciate the nuances of the law and things like the standards on appeal, which are important in any case. I've tried very hard to supply fair analysis to these events, although I obviously have my own opinions as to which candidate I prefer to be installed in January 2001. I appreciate your comments. :-)
