The media has done a good job of glossing over the slap on the hands that the Florida SC received from the US SC. They still have to answer it. I'm interested to see how Boies's new opinion is written.

The Seminole and Martin county cases are pretty clear on the law.

Even in the other cases, control of the state constitution is in the hands of the legislature. It's provisions may not be statute, but they are law. The U.S.Supreme court was just delaying, a lot of people hope that if they delay enough this will just go away. It won't go away until the votes are counted.
