I remind everyone that I am long the stock and lower prices and higher prices and I truly believe in the company. However, having said this I remind everyone (from the NHC PR, "NHC currently is in negotiations with the major ILEC to conclude an agreement for the provision of an undisclosed number of ControlPoint units to facilitate the deployment, provisioning and maintenance of copper based voice and data lines. Negotiations for the conclusion of contractual agreement are in their final stage." To paraphrase Yogi Berra "it's not a signed contract, until it's a signed contract" ... and it's not a signed contract yet as NHC is the final stage of the contractual agreement. I've been in final stages of contractual agreement only to have the "deal" not finalize. I'm glad the stock moved today and expect further movement once the final contract is signed and NHC has money in the bank as a deposit. Long and still long Gus PS, also, how large is large will depend on who the ILEC is.
