Dear Yaacov: IMHO Bush could first appeal up through the FSC, but because this is a federal election and because federal election law CLEARLY does not allow voter disqualification for this type of error I think it could go on to the USSC. I, am not totally sure of this as I am so confident the correct decision will come down I really havent researched it that far. My main fear is that this nice little lady in Seminole County doesnt become unnecessarily hurt in the process as in the facts as I know them she was only trying to see that HER voters did not lose their RIGHT through errors of OTHERS. jdn
