One of the ways it can be ignored is that the FL Secretary of state can use her discretion as given to her by the US constitution, and the FL supreme court (Read the part about where she can use her discretion regarding the dis-enfranchisement of voters)

Nothing lawless there. It will never get that far however.

Your argument assumes that the Florida judiciary's power is supreme over that of the legislature. If the courts are usurping the powers granted to the legislature, then ignoring the courts may be appropriate.

LOL, what I wrote supports the rule of law. What you wrote is ignorance distilled.

As the recent US Supreme Court made clear, the Constitution states that the FL Legislature - the people's body - has the final say on naming electors subject to acceptance by Congress. They may ignore whatever a partisan Dem judge does to throw out legal votes against all precedent in order to turn the election. Make no mistake, AlGore's lead attorney, Dexter Douglas is quoted in Newsweek as calling Nikki Clark "One of our judges".
