Rude, agreed, I came from the 'mainframe' side of the house and understand the complexity/support issues. It will take time, and is something to watch. I've also said I don't think the majors will make the same mistake in regard to Dell on the server level that occurred in the box world. That doesn't mean Dell can't make inroads as time goes on. Any thoughts on their abilities with Itanium as it ramps?
