IT IS THE DRUG WAR-- get a clue! It is NOT about Florida. IMHO the Drug War is to disenfranchise blacks in this country. It all started with propaganda that crazy Mexicans and black jazz musicians who would rape white women who smoked pot. The real truth is that DuPont and Rosebud Lover wanted to outlaw hemp (the largest US export at the time) since DuPont just bought the patent for nylon and Rosebud owned 70% of the newsprint industry. First head of the DEA? Henry Anslinger--- DuPont's son-in-law. ALL drug crimes except for minor marijuana possession ARE FELONIES. Florida, in fact, has some of the more lenient drug laws regarding pot. The reason blacks are targeted is that they do not have the money to fight the prosecutions. The War on Drugs is an outrageous assault on our Rights. Are you that uninformed?
