It is a floorless all right, except that the "floorlessnes does not start for 6 months. It is quite possible that a rally will be engineered so CC can hedge above the ceiling ($25), of course, market conditions will determine their ability to engineer such a rally, a similar situation in SCON so far has not resulted in an engineered rally I expected. If you think that CC can engineer that rally wait until the middle of January before bailing out, but I think that you should not be in the stock post 2 months prior to the effectiveness of the floorless feature.
