This will happen slowly as costs are increased not on the spot price of NG, since the average person on the street does not pay attention to the spot price of NG, but they do pay attention to the notices from the utility companies of increases in price to the consumer. BTW, our NG company has started a PR campaign in Minnesota. Joan
