Turnover in these professions should be at their highest ... when the bubble bursts ... everyone chasing the marginal improvement that tech allows accelerats wage inflation (whether BLS can measure it or not) causing everyone to seek that ideal job which doesn't exist. Remember when folks said tech would free us -- we'd be working shorter hours because we could get so much more done ...
