John, you're more than welcome. I don't consider myself more than an earnest novice either, and wouldn't expect to change that description for another few years or so (and that's assuming things turn out well). From what I've read and heard, and from my limited experience, your attitude is very wise: The annals are full of the stories of very fine traders, including ones considered to be among the very best of their times, who busted out after some great act of over-confidence either in themselves or in the proclamations of one or another guru.... and then there are the rest of us, many of whom have experienced an ugly loss or two after seizing desperately upon the statements of some faceless message board hero who happened to reinforce our impulses, and sure did sound like he or she knew what he or she was talking about.
