Intel's qtr is shaping up to be the worst in over a decade.

The first time I bought Intel was right when they had the math problem with the chip. It was at about a 12 PE, and I tripled out of it.

I am happy I bought back in today.

Intel drops but news not new
--1:18 pm - By Susan Lerner
Intel shares tumble $3.25, or 9 percent, to $32.75 after Salomon Smith Barney analyst Jonathan Joseph told clients that all input suggests the company's (INTC: news, msgs) fourth-quarter is "shaping up to be its worst quarter in over a decade." The remarks were not new, however, since it was a rehash of Joseph's comments from Nov. 30 when he stated "this the weakest Q4 since the recession of 1991," and lowered his revenue and earnings estimates for the chipmaker on weakening consumer demand. Joseph's recommendation on Intel shares is still "outperform."
