The Fla Supreme Court extension of the certification is vacated until the Fla Court adequately explains why it ignored the Fed law that applied to the vote. So until the Fla court explains itself and the US Supreme Court accepts it, Bush is ahead by the original 930 votes.

Then again, the Fla court could explain itself, and the US Supreme Court could then decide they erred in ruling the way they did. Gore has nothing to gain from the US court's poss actions and everything to lose.
