yep, CMB/JPM is my favorite target because of this, among other things. there's so much questionable debt flying under the regulatory radar that i think i'm dead on with my suspicion that not even the lenders themselves know anymore what potential time bombs they carry around in their portfolios. this goes especially for all the asset backed stuff sitting in money market funds...a disaster-in-waiting. and the big money center banks all have written guarantees on this stuff, so while it may be off their balance sheets, the risk is not.
