Dell is the Kunte Kinte of "shrink wrapped hardware". Its forte is supplying stuff to buyers who have gained a certain level of experience from other vendors, while wasting the other vendor's time. 32-Ways don't work that way. You can't just go to the Website and clic on one for the shopping cart and get a free printer, also. CPQ has over 19,000 (my est) people who will help the customer, configure, install, and analyze the company infrastructure and "hook up" the puppy and or puppies.
