Interactive Intelligence Inc. (Nasdaq:ININ) will deliver an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) presentation on the CRMXchange Web site (www.crmxchange.com) on Tuesday, December 12th from 11:30am to 12:30pm EDT.

This combined voice/PowerPoint presentation is ideal for call centers and businesses wanting to learn more about new approaches that help bridge the gap between managing customer information and managing customer interactions.

Joe Adams, vice president of Market Communications for Interactive Intelligence, will give the presentation titled, "No CRM is an Island." Mr. Adams will explain the various approaches to handling CRM interactions and advise how organizations can differentiate between customer care solutions available today.
