I doubt it.

For CIEN to maintain its current price level it will have to a LOT LOT more than just meet expectations specially with Bush losing the appeal today.

BTW Bush may lose another case in the Seminole county case which would negate the 5000+ votes wherein the republicans wrote in the ID#s. I am listening to the case and it seems to be going against Bush.

One of the witnesses was a korean war veteran and a republican who claimed that the board had refused to provide him with his ID# until he filled out a form and mailed it to some place (forget the exact office) which would then provide him his ID#. Very damaging evidence for Bush.

BTW CIEN reports BEFORE market opens tomorrow.

Presidency is up in the air again.

If Bush loses the seminole county case, might be decided tonite, then he loses 5000+ votes and the presidency.

it will be back to appeals all the way to FL SC and maybe even US SC. btw they lost the appeal today in federal court.
