Production wafer starts on Intel's 0.13 should start in Q1. I am not sure where your "a year after its introduction" comes from.

And that tells you that "the lack of low K SOI may doom Intel's first iteration of 0.13 to irrelevance"? I see a lot of wishful thinking in that conclusion.
