No way to know that, Lance. NITE, HRZG and MASH, to name a few, will fill at the best posted bid or offer all day long, then narrow the spread long enough to cover. I've often had my MM sitting on the offer on stocks only to see tens of thousands go by at that price, without mine being lifted. It can be the same thing when I'm trying to buy. My MM sometimes uses FRAN for my orders, too, and I know for a fact that FRAN often does not get the call even when he's alone.
