ratan, Guess Bush will have to go the US SC again. he lost the appeal !!!! It was a long shot in the first place. Joe PS: Intel set a new 52 week low at about the same time. Coincidence?

Dear Ratan lal: No, he didnt actually lose the Appeal they basically said he did not prove he was harmed by the recount (ie he is still ahead thus issue is not "ripe"). They SPECIFICALLY said they were NOT ruling on the Constitutionality of the manual recount YET. I guess they just like to string this BS out. As to the Seminole case, remember you are ONLY hearing the PLAINTIFFS SIDE. When you hear the DEFENSE then you can draw a judgement. Meanwhile BESIDES APPLE what in the hell is going on with INTC. Did they warn? Is their any truth to that Smith Barney stuff? JDN
