effective control of all three branches of the Federal government It is very difficult to practice guerilla warfare when you are in the majority. People have this silly idea you are responsible for what happens when you are in control. On the other hand, it is very easy to practice this art when you are in the minority. People like DeLay and Burton are very good at guerilla warfare when they have a target to shot at. Lets see how good they are when they are the targets.
