From my reading of your thread of dialogue with Srexley, it seems to me that Srexley is correct. Srexley's initial points are not beside the point at all. They are issues and questions of fact that this case hinges upon.

Seminole case deserves to be decided on narrow technical grounds

If you disagree with Srexley, what are those narrow technical grounds?
