I don't wait to hear the rumors, I try to anticipate them. <gg>

Here is the potential list of events that could help QCOM in the near future.

1) Blowout earnings.
2) 2 for 1 stock split in January.
3) 3G deal with Nokia & other Euro telecom players.
4) Rapid acceleration of new CDMA networks in China & other emerging markets.
5) Rapid acceleration of new wireless devices based on HDR modem cards.
6) Increasing near term visibility on WCDMA.
7) Nokia's comments about industry consolidation.
8) Announcment of potential SpinCo partners.

I could go on about Globalstar, telematics, WLL, and other long time wild cards for Qualcomm and CDMA. Needless to say, all of these events are converging in the wireless sector in the next 12 months. 2003 looks even better!!
