Armstrong allowed other lines of credit to expire to avoid fees.

Armstrong lost their 450 million line of credit because Owens Corning (also under asbestos litigation) filed for bankruptcy and started a chain of events whereby all banks pulled the lines to any company facing that litigation.
They didn't allow that 450 million line to expire it was not renewed.
