I'm genuinely curious--in what areas is the US lagging the Netheralnds or any other nation in tolerance? As far as Bill Clinton is concerned, the way he was hounded over his sex life by Inspector Javert (a/ka/ Ken Starr), I'd say he'd be in the "America is intolerant" camp!
