OTOTOTOTOT ...talking like you're a U.S. citizen Up here in the north, we always think of the US as our quaint little 11th province of Canada. Being the largest and most populous province of Canada, having the lowest tax rates, highest per capita income, you are the envy of the other provinces, even that one that speaks funny and the other one that speaks french.
