I think it is wishful thinking to consider this news in any way bad for SEAC. The proof is in the pudding. In the last month or so, CCUR is down about a third and SEAC is up 50%. I would add that I am in the Comcast service area in NJ and there hasn't been a peep about VOD. All they do is push set top boxes, with spurious benefits, for an extra charge.

I would be curious if anyone can explain why SEAC is doing so well? I thought that their Microsoft platform initially had reliability problems of some sort, which have been long lasting problems for some other companies I know of in other applications. Are all problems cured? Also I thought the CCUR personal video channel would be hugely attractive if marketed as a "hook" to get someone to order the set top box - evidently I am wrong?
