I think the dems are gonna have a hard time showing that they were denied access. IMHO, I think much of this could be fabricated, I haven't seen a single piece of evidence to the contrary. If there is, of course, that is something else entirely.

"So, you can honestly tell us that if the Democrats had been granted private and exclusive access to a very areas containing sensitive information, that the Democrats had been allowed to alter ballot applications to make them comply with the law, that this act was not only illegal but it constituted a felony, the Republicans were denied similar rights and privileges, that the election in question depended on the slimmest of margins with strong evidence that the GOP candidate actually won the election and your candidate did win the national popular vote that you would just say "Oh well"?
