Duke, back to Apple (if we were there) it should be pointed out that they chose to go ahead and say that their problem was an industry wide one. While there is no arguing any more about PC growth slowing, it isn't to the tune of a 600 million dollar miss, out of a projection of 1,600 million sales for Apple this quarter. The last time I remember a computer company saying their shortfall was a reflection of the whole industry was by the former CEO of Compaq. He was removed not a long time after that drowning man act. So my candidates for the Hall of Shame today are Steve Jobs and SSB's Jonathan Joseph. Any guesses where each will be a year from now?
