Russet: If I gave the impression that gas supply problems would ONLY be short term, then I was mistaken. My point is, don't expect $20 mcf and up rates to persist beyond this winter (though they may crop up from time to time down the road). (So as regards ROYL, who is actively selling all of their production NOW in California, a bird in the hand, etc).

However, rates WILL remain higher than all of us are used to at least untill supply catches up. With the absurd regs/restrictions on drillers and pipelines in Cali, it may be a LONG time untill rates come down to approach those in the rest of the U.S.
