I listened to a recording of a witness(in the Seminole case) that claimed he was damaged (he ran for an office there). The lawyer said (in effect) did the Election office not tell you that the reason the applications were not accepted was that they were not registered voters in the county and not that they lacked an ID#? Summed up, this guy had passed out these applications without ID#'s and had not received them back with ID#'s because they did not exist. He didn't have them on file (like the Republicans) and hadn't subsequently looked for himself to see if they existed. In effect he had asked the people if they were eligible voters, they had said yes and yet they were not.
