Legal but immoral? That is very interesting. Yes, I know of the theory that the military knew that the Japanese were going to attack Pearl Harbor just prior the actual attack. I don't follow the parallel. It seems to me, and remember that I am not an attorney, that the majority of the Florida Legislature is not doing this because they want to, but because under the circumstances, they feel they must do this to prevent the possibility that the electors votes from Florida are not "disenfranchised." What does Pearl Harbor have to do with it?
