V, This judge in Seminole county is going to rule against Gore also. It is a lot easier to do so than what Judge Saul had to do. I read that the plaintiffs were judge shopping in this case but I don't believe it is going to help them a bit. Judge will take the easier road and the alternative is just too messy for Florida....in case it was a borderline issue. Hope the ruling is late afternoon around 2 to 3 pm. This will help the markets tomorrow if Bush wins. It will act as another catalyst.
