I lean in the same direction, but also think she may rule in a manner such as Judge Saul did. That would favor the election workers and the voters. I don't see anyway this won't get to the FL. SC.

True, but if she dumps it before hearing testimony, then she does open herself to all sorts of alligations. As you said, she is not dumb!!
