We use the past violations of securities laws as relevant if we see that person engaing in similair activity now.. WE usually have some thing that is happening now that points it out to us BY THE WAY,, full disclosure laws require for them to tell their investors of their past.because they are involved with publicly traded compnies.( THIS IS WHERE MOST SCREW UP ).I am not required to make this disclosure but on my website ..I still have a disclosure because I think its right to do it that way..and as far as my plea goes, lets just say that Im not comfortable with it.
