Bambs,

I thought the headline from the FT article you referenced was a lot more negative than the article itself. A few quotes from it follow:

"Torsten Kollande, spokesman for Mobilcom, dismissed the rumour [about problems obtaining and syndicating loans for construction of 3G systems], which appeared in a German investor newsletter, as 'complete nonsense' - pointing out that it had already secured the required credit line from a consortium of banks."

"'This initial phase will be completed in mid to late January,' said a banker involved in the deal. There will then be a second phase that can last another six to eight weeks."

"'Everything is still on track and we are hearing of no problems," said Hutchison 3G."
