Morning Sergio, yep pretty cold here..As to SKI's earnings, beware,they are a bit misleading,cash received from the Marriot deal,pre sales closings, etc. What is interesting to note,are the declining unit sales numbers at their flagship Steamboat springs grand summit 1/4 share hotel(as reported in the Steamboat Pilot news paper),not to mention 2001 interest payment on debt of around $55 million--that's a lot of lift tickets<g>..DD PS: on the ng subject, looks like a wicked Artic cold front will be hitting the West mid next week..right in ng country
