I noticed the wages when I extrapolated the quarters out right after the filing. Perhaps DS is forgoing any salary until certain events can occur (what those events might be is anyone's guess). But that still leaves it all pretty thin. This being a software company, they are going to need some R & D effort in the not-too-distant future.

I thought perhaps we were waiting to clear comments for the last 2 weeks. And perhaps the comments were "About half of what you need to report is missing from your filing." The accounting and reporting really isn't that difficult for a company this size (and with so little processing revenue). The continued low quality of the accounting and reporting effort here is disappointing.

While I applaud Swedelo for his enthusiastic digging, I can't help but interject that, when a company goes public, they are supposed to tell their own story. Then any digging is aimed at confirmation rather than primary research. Public companies are not supposed to be anthropological dig sites.

The much-awaited answers from our company, if they are to be well-received, will have to be both comprehensive, and just the beginning of a lot of regular information flow...
