Apparently the gauntlet involves getting the approval of the Nominating Committee composed of Cotsakos and Porter. In other words, it will meet the same fate as the shareholder proposal did in my opinion.

Of course I am sure none of us could do more damage than the current leadership has in year 2000. I mean the benchmark of "damage" is fairly high at 75%. It would take a total fool to top that in year 2001.
