I found it amusing.

Statistics are the ultimate expression of
garbage in/garbage out.

You can make a statistical argument for most
anything, depending upon how you program
the data. That's why it's important to
review the raw data.

Given the virtually unlimited funds available
for the case heard by Judge Sauls, and the high
priced statistician types employed, it makes
you wonder how they couldn't have put on a credible
case---assuming they had the hard data to rely on.

The absence of credible stats would suggest that
the case was on thin ice, would it not?
