Why else would you need people of the caliber of Andrew Lipman on your board? NHC are hunting elephant, not squirrel. While I appreciate Gus' attempt to be circumspect until more facts are known, I'm still pinching myself. I find it hard to believe that this company would do anything that would damage their credibility in the period immediately preceding their application for a NASDAQ listing. I don't think they would have announced this contract unless it was in the bag. Lawyers are hired to work out the details, not f up the deal. This is the beginning, not the end...cheers and thanks Ed M. for bringing this one to my attention!
