Cramer is CNBC Squawk Box guest this morning ... as usual, he appears on the brink of an aneurysm ... notes that waves of layoffs are occurring ... indeed, economy has slowed -- dramatically. Where is Uncle Al? Need rate cuts -- real ones. He also mentioned Soros buying up QCOM and Globalstar last fall ... having never been into QCOM much, I didn't follow it then ... did anyone here? What did Soros do last year with these stocks? Techguerrilla, do you know? 'b-i-a' ###
