Hector,
Very nice post, good points all of them and they are well taken (not to mention that they are all true). Particularly:

>>Did anybody bother to check today's huge volume and the wide range in price, a close near the low, and what the implications are?

I thought you went to bed though..
Best,
Sam A

Here we go again...another guy who said we was saying his last word only to come back for another last word.

Look knucklehead, the day traders had NOTHING to do with what has happened to DELL recently. Dell has some fundamental problems and the commodity nature of their business has finally caught up to them.

askresearch.com

Dell has basically been dead in the water since the beginning of 1999...if you compare the previous couple years. Yeah, the daytraders have been playing it during this dead time but it was the departure of the big time holders that issued the death blow. And they have left for a reason.

You are making an invalid assumption that the day trading community loves QCOM as they loved Dell and they are the ones powering the stock. Day to day...obviously they contribute...but for God's sake they are NOT supporting the stock. It is being supported for the same reason DELL is not...fundamentals. When the fundies go, so goes the stock as was evidenced this past year with the slower chip growth.

and you just be careful there about your third last word...if it comes my way...I had some sour wine tonight because I ran out of Guinness...and boy, am I PISSED!
